These Terms govern your access to and use of the Chai Patti website and services.

1. About us :
   Chai Patti is operated by Chai Patti Ltd, a company registered in United Kingdom with registered office at 2nd Floor, Grove House, 55 Lowlands Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 3AW, United Kingdom. Email: info@chaipatti.uk.
2. Eligibility & account :
   You must be at least 18 to place orders. Keep login details secure and promptly notify us of unauthorised use.
3. Products & information :
   Product imagery and descriptions are for guidance. Natural variation occurs. Tea and infusion products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease (see Medical & Allergy Disclaimers).
4. Pricing, taxes & currency :
   Prices are shown in your browsing currency where Shopify Markets is enabled; checkout may settle in a base currency. Taxes, duties and shipping appear at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
5. Ordering, acceptance & contract :
   Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse orders at our discretion.
6. Delivery :
   Indicative delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery. Title passes on full payment. We are not liable for delays outside our control
7. Returns, cancellations & consumer rights :
   UK/EU consumers: you have 14 days from delivery to cancel most distance contracts. For health protection and hygiene, tea products that have been opened/unsealed after delivery are not suitable for return unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return (standard outbound delivery refunded; enhanced services excluded). Faulty goods rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU equivalents remain unaffected.
8. Promotions & discount codes :
   Welcome offer (WELCOME10): single use, first time customers only, minimum order value £25, excludes bundles/sets, valid 7-14 days from issue. Unless expressly stated, order level discount codes do not combine with other codes, subscription pricing or bundles/automatic promotions. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively.
9. Glow Crew / Affiliates :
   Orders may be attributed via last click tracked link or unique code;
   Cookie window 30 days. Commission is payable to ambassadors on the first qualifying order only; subscription renewals are excluded. We may void commission for refunded/fraudulent transactions or policy breaches (e.g., coupon site posting).
10. Health & safety :
    Do not consume if you are allergic to any listed ingredient. Some blends may contain caffeine or botanicals that interact with medicines. Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medicines.
11. User content & reviews :
    By submitting content you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use on owned channels with credit. We do not publish fake reviews and may moderate for accuracy and policy compliance.
12. Intellectual property :
    All site content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy or exploit it without permission.
13. Liability :
    We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non excludable rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit other liability to the price paid.
14. Force majeure :
    We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction :
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers in the EU, you may benefit from mandatory local consumer protections; these Terms do not deprive you of such rights.
    GCC customers: we aim to align with local consumer standards; mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes to Terms :
    We may update these Terms; material changes apply prospectively and do not affect orders already accepted.
