1. Eligibility & Application You must be 18+ and provide accurate identity and social media information. We may approve, decline, or remove applicants at our discretion to protect brand integrity.
2. Programme Overview You promote eligible Chai Patti products using your unique link and code. You earn commission on qualifying sales attributed to you under these Terms.
3. Commission & Tiers Base: 10% commission on the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, refunds). Riser: 12% when you achieve 15 net orders in 30 days. Glow Elite: 15% when you achieve £2,000 net sales in a month OR 40 net orders in 30 days. Tier reviews: rolling every 60 days; maintain with 70% of the unlock threshold. We may run time-bound boosters (e.g., +3% on new-customer orders) and will notify you if active.
4. Attribution & Cookie Window Last-click attribution. Your tracked link attributes the sale; your code attributes only if no tracked link is present. Cookie window: 30 days from the last click. Only one ambassador can be credited for a single order (no double attribution).
5. Scope of Commission Commission is payable on the customer s first qualifying order only (acquisition focus). Subscription renewals do not earn commission unless expressly stated in a campaign brief. Bundles/sets and low-margin SKUs may be excluded from commission at our discretion.
6. Codes & Discount Policy Audience code default: 10% off first order (non-stacking with subscriptions or other order codes). Do not list codes on coupon sites or free code directories. We may invalidate codes and withhold commission for misuse. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively.
7. Content Standards & Disclosures Comply with ASA/CAP (UK), CMA guidance, and applicable local rules (e.g., FTC for US audiences). Use clear disclosures such as #ad or #gifted when required. No misleading, medical, or disease treatment claims. Use brand-approved talking points. Respect IP: use approved brand assets; do not infringe third-party rights.
8. Content Licence You grant Chai Patti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to repost your submitted content on our owned channels with credit. Paid advertising (whitelisting/creator licensing) requires separate written consent and terms.
9. Payments Payout schedule: monthly, net-10 after month-end. Method: PayPal or Wise. Minimum payout: £25 (FX fees may apply). Refunds/fraud: commissions are reversed for refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions.
10. Self-Purchase You may purchase using your link/code up to 1 order per month, capped at £75; additional self-purchases are ineligible for commission.
11. Data & Privacy We process your personal data to operate the programme (performance metrics, payout details). See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights.
12. Termination & Suspension We may suspend or terminate participation for policy breaches, inactivity, or conduct that risks the brand (including code misuse or false claims). On termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of fraud or material breach.
13. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes prospectively.
14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
